Science Nation

Yesterday, my groupmates in my networking class and I went to SMX Convention Center in Pasay City for Science Nation, an exhibit showcasing scientific and technological innovations of different sectors in the Philippines. Our university has a booth there, and we will have plus points in groupwork if we have our picture taken in the booth. Our group, though incomplete, went for another adventure. Our first adventure was the video shooting (click here for the link) about setting-up a home network which was our first groupwork.

Many universities had their booths as well, we didn't have the chance to look at them all. We just went straight to our university's booth. Technology is indeed our specialty, as you can see from the picture above.

Our group was incomplete... well, our schedules didn't really coincide. The convention was only from July 24-28, and our only available time was Friday or Monday. Either way, our group would still be incomplete, so we chose Friday instead since Monday would be more difficult for us.

After SMX, we went to MOA for a group HOHOL (hang-out-hang-out-lang). We first went to Timezone, and it didn't matter that I was the only girl in the group. I still had fun playing with them, especially that Dance Beat session. Hahahahaha! Nakakawala ng dignidad 'yung "Sexy And I Know It" dance steps, grabe! Good thing our time already ran out, and we weren't able to finish the song. Hahahaha! After Timezone, we watched Hercules. It was a good movie, having the right mix of mythology, action and some comedy.
